As traditionally happens every year, the Rotary Club of Santos was once again present at the UME Maria Helena Roxa, UME Sister Maria Dolores and Instituto São José Units I and II, in addition to the Casa da Esperança de Santos, to carry out the activities of Children's Day, Christmas and Easter.
On Children's Day, a puppet show was taken to the day care centers, performed by the theater group “Ufa Mamãe”, in addition to the distribution of around 820 toys.
At Christmas, the Rotary Club of Santos took Santa Claus to deliver gifts to the children at the daycare center. There were 526 toys distributed among the children of UME Maria Helena Roxo, UME Sister Maria Dolores and Instituto São José. In addition, 136 bags were delivered to the children of the Caminho São José Unit of the São José Institute.
And to finish the traditional actions, the Rotary Club of Santos was present in the day care centers delivering the Easter eggs together with the Easter Bunny. There were about 540 eggs distributed among all the institutions assisted by Rotary.
