By accepting the placement of this badge by joining Rotary as a Rotarian:
I declare to know and respect its statutory and regimental provisions, which guide me;
To consider all my companions worthy of my esteem and friendship;
To take the concept of the ideal of serving as the basis of the whole worthy enterprise;
To recognize the merit of all useful occupation, making no distinction between professions as long as they are legally recognized;

Rotary goal
Rotary's goal is to encourage and foster the ideal of service, as the foundation of every worthy enterprise, by promoting and supporting:
FIRST
The development of companionship as an element capable of providing opportunities to serve;
SECOND
The recognition of the merit of any useful occupation and the dissemination of the rules of professional ethics;
THIRD
The improvement of the community through the exemplary conduct of each person in public and private life;
BEDROOM
The approach of professionals from all over the world, aiming at the consolidation of good relations, cooperation and peace between nations.
